The ‘’Pedari ‘‘guesthouse is located in the peaceful neighbourhood of Sarcheshmeh district with a beautiful climate.
The house has too main sections, one is the renovated old building, and the other one is the newly built contemporary section. The house has 7 boutique apartments and three beautiful rooms in the old building for guests to hang out.
One of the main characteristic of this building is the unique architecture, it has been designed and built by Zav studio and won the third place of me ‘mar prize in public building category, also was shortlisted recently for agha khan prize 2013, one of the world’s prestigious prizes in architecture.
Other outstanding characteristic of the guest house is its harmony with the city, neighbourhood, surrounding environment, the shape of the lot and the old backyard, in a way that the contemporary building seems to be a new translation of Khansari old style its natural vision. The house gives the guests an opportunity to experience Khansari life style in a new and beautiful building.
